When Ludlow asked about the crew, Berner replied that they were “all over the place.” Jerry (II) was another off-duty San Diego cop at the InGen waterfront complex, who refused to let Ian Malcolm and Sarah Harding past the main gate. Later, he foolishly opened the cargo hold of the S.S. Venture, allowing the Tyrannosaur to escape. Hampton was a guard posted at the InGen waterfront complex, who let Ian Malcolm and Sarah Harding past the gate after Jerry refused to. Later, he informed them on the situation about the Tyrannosaur’s overdose of the tranquilizer antidote, and provided Sarah with the tranquilizer gun which she later used to shoot the Rex. Smith was an InGen Security Guard.
